Shorts and heels - yay or nay?

YAY, shorts and heels are totally in this summer. some people may not like they way it looks because of their personal preferences, but i think it looks nice, if you know how to pair the two items together well. and another thing is when wearing shorts and heels you can pair them with knee/thigh high socks which are also very in this summer
