I feel pukey but hungry?

I feel puky but I am very hungry sometimes its seperate or all together. I also have been constapated so I couldn't poo and then had diarea. I am also on the 4th day of a lighter than normal period. I have used regulars all day. what do you think is wrong? my period never makes me sick.
