Why am i pooping blood?

For the last three times ive pooped it felt hard coming out but it looked like blood red diarrhea and there is a lot of it in the toilet, i have been pooping only about once a week and haven't felt hungry at all lately, im a teenager so i dont think its age related and i have no health insurance right now but any help would be much apreciated.
