How can i wear these shoes???!!?

Ok so payless is having a major sale and i got two pairs of wedges! One dexter peep toe denim wedge with a leathery brown lining that form a bow on the top (only $10!) they look so cute to me but i hav nooo idea how to wear them. any idea?? i also bought a pair of green peep toe wedges...they were only 10 dollars as well and i couldn't get them in a different color but they were a great deal! how can i wear these? BTW i cannot wear shorts, Capri's, tights or short skirts (must be ankle) but i can definitely wear skinny jeans and i need a shirt which i can wear with cardigans! any ideas???
