Ive been off the pill for about 1 month. had unprotected sex. back&stomach pain for a week. pregnant?

My one year old brother has also been really attatched to me, I also haven't really been able to sleep much, sleep comes and goes along with naps during the day. I'm always hungry. I've only been on the pill for almost 2 years. Could I be pregnant?
