Advanced baking recipes?

Well im only 17 but Ive made doughnuts, meringues, eclairs, millions of cookies and cakes, and so much more. I need something challenging yknow? But I also need something that takes relatively simple ingredients because my parents never go out to buy supplies :( So does anyone have any good ideas?
