How to unplug blocked milk ducts?

i dont think its skin that is blocking the ducts. but the dried milk itself. try giving a wash in warm water without soap and express milk see if more ducts open. if it fails give warm compresses and try to put the baby to each breast changing the orientation of the child. please do not feed by bottles.. but you seem to be left with no other choice. try rubbing your nipple with your overlying dress for some time this method helps many.. if all fail use a vaccum pump to remove the block it causes slight discomfort...but is very effective.......................Gynac DOC
