Did i eat enough for building muscle?

The thing that stands out to me is that you may have insufficient protein in your diet (looks like you're vegetarian) which is essential for muscle growth. A reasonable guideline is to consume approx 1g of protein per pound of body weight per day = 96g per day in your case.Divide this up across your meals and eat approx every 3 hours. I see you have tofu, cheese & veggie meatballs but i don't know how much protein they provide. If you're not getting a min of approx 100g per day at your weight you need to bump that up. You can supplement with a couple of protein shakes per day (whey protein is best). I believe you can get Soy protein powders but whey would be best and you obv do dairy (with cheese & milk) so i'd go for that. Consume a protein shake str8 after your exercise - there's a 30 minute window when your muscles will suck up nutrients. Egg whites are good too if you do eggs and obviously lean meat and fish. You also need to be lifting weights to really grow muscle.
