My doughnut recipe requires 15g of compressed yeast but i only have active dried yeast what is the conversion?

One packet of active dry yeast = 7g of compressed yeast...so for your recipe, if you use 2 packets of dry yeast that would be = to 14g of compressed yeast which should be enough.
