I want to loose some weight over summer. I have a treadmill and I'm a lazy person and I started running/walking on it everyday. I do a mile sometimes or more and at speed 3. But I get hungry like after I eat lunch around 12 I get hungry around 3 an I don't know how to control that. I weigh 165 lbs and I want to weigh about 130. So how can I loose that much weight in about 3 months or so??
