try to cut out foods that you don't need, and only eat if you're hungry. you can still eat yummy junk food (i know i would never be able to stop eating it haha), just don't eat too much. and try not to exceed 2,000 calories a day! you should also exercise every day. you don't have to do the really intense exercises, maybe just find a sport that you enjoy playing! and you should lose weight. :) good luck
