Boil the broccoli and brussel sprouts with a lil margarine salt and pepper and drain them , and melt some chease and mix with chunky salsa if you have some, bake the potato wedges, and cook the beans with the rice in your rice cooker, then take the ramen noodle flavor packs and mix them in with the rice, keep adding packs until it tastes good, sounds bomb to me, now I'm hungry lol good luck
