HELP! I think I may be addicted to junk food? What do I do!?

do it again, throw out the unhealthy foods and precook some snacks that you can freeze or put in the fridge. like carrot sticks, or fruit juice frozen in the freezer makes nice lolly pops. make some soup and put it in tubs in the fridge so you can re-heat it. Also, sometimes wanting to snack is just thirstiness but you don't recognize it, so drink about 7 glasses of water a day and you might start to see a bit of a difference in your hunger, hope i could help.
