How to walk in 5 inch heels? Help!?

So, the question pretty much says it all. How do you walk in 5 inch heels? I've tried walking in 3 and 4 inches before, but I bought these gorgeous wedges and they're five inches. How can I walk in them without tripping? Please help! I'm planning to wear them next week! :D
