How should I cook chicken thighs to tastes good with Parmesan potato wedges?

Just season up w/ S&P, maybe some garlic or onion powder... melt equal parts butter and olive oil in a skillet, just to coat bottom. But thighs in skin-side down. Let them sit until browned, then flip. Let that side get browned. Then put entire skillet + chicken in the oven 350�F for about 35-40 min to finish baking. (Make sure your skillet is oven-proof on the handle.)
